I am a Masters graduate from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poland and hold a number of qualifications in dental nursing and implantology. I am a qualified and experienced dental implant nurse with excellent surgery standards and approach to patient care. I have been working with Dr Friel, since 2006 and am familiar with all dental administration and surgical procedures.
I have progressed from dental nurse to my current role and my responsibilities as implant nurse see me assisting in procedures including dental implant placement which covers guide surgery, sinus elevation, bone grafting, socket preservation and surgical extraction. I am registered with the General Dental Council and maintain the rigorous post graduate education that a career in advanced dentistry demands.
I am a national nurse trainer for AstraTech the dental implant company. My role involves lecturing and training nurses throughout the UK in dental implant nursing at both basic and advanced levels.
In November 2011 I was delighted to receive the honour of being Highly Commended in the category of Most Outstanding Individual in the prestigious Dentistry Scotland Awards 2011.
